Thanks so much, Dr. Andy Jacks, for your wonderful review of lifetime learner Mary Walker in THE OLDEST STUDENT.
But maybe I should start at the beginning. I have been away from Twitter for several days, and when I returned today, THIS is what I found: a funny skit about a teacher trying to learn to play the violin while his students and assistant remind him that “YOU’RE NEVER TOO OLD TO LEARN.” And THAT’S another way of saying that you should be a “lifetime learner.” In other words, find something you’re curious about or always wanted to do and take your time and learn it.
May I say that this is a true honor for me. Having someone enjoy your book so much that they create a tweet is nothing to sniff at, and as always, I am #ForeverGrateful.
