Pardon Me While I Fix My Face

So. It’s 2014, and it’s time for a change. A few weeks ago, I vowed I would do more writing in 2014, and by-golly, I’ve already started. Yah! But there’s something else I need to do, too.

Since you’ve already seen the title of this post, you obviously know what I need to do. I need to fix my face…or in this case, I need to give my blog a face lift.

It’s not easy! My son designed my blog for me way back in 2009, and he did it with love and devotion. I have this bittersweet feeling going on right now because I don’t want to leave his theme behind. And yet, I do feel it’s time to get with the program.

So. Here it is. This is my new theme — give or take a few tweaks — and I hope you like it. I want to make it more visually appealing by making it possible for you to choose among several posts at once instead of one at a time.

It may be a week or so before I get my face — I mean my blog — exactly the way I want it, so please bear with me. There’s good stuff to come.
