Here’s the scoop: Tarcher/Penguin is on the hunt for undiscovered writing talent, and they’re allowing writers to submit 10 pages of their unpublished novella or narrative nonfiction for consideration.

PRIZE: $5,000 cash, and a manuscript review by a Penguin editor, worth another $5,000.
